XP can exceed 2TB volumes!

I have a 32bit XP Pro host attached to a functioning 18TB RAID 10; wtf is up with this resent 2TB limit?

I am not running from the RAID; it is for storage. My OS is on an alt drive. I am not concerned with having the OS on RAID... I do not see why i can not recreate RAID today larger than 2TB...
