computer turns on but no monitor display

computer turns on but no monitor display. need help pls! I will explain what hapened at shortly, my computer was not abble to install windows Xp but can install window 7 and its got 2 places for sata harddrive or dvd rom but they where not working. then I desided to restart it and press del for the setting and I changed couple of setting then I saved it and exit, my computer shut down and I thout it was going to restart but it didn't and when I swich on it can run and fans are running but the monitor doesn't display pls help me!

Are you using a graphics card or integrated graphics?

You most likely disabled integrated graphics in BIOS. Open up your PC, reset your BIOS by removing and reconnecting the jumper. If you have a BIOS reset button, use that. Then try booting.

Kenny thank u verry much first time I removed the BIOS for a short time and put it back imediatley that's it didn't work but today I removed it for the hole day and put it back after a long time and now is working very nice thank you again!
