I currently own a CM HAF 912 and it is very nice case.

However, I want to get a new case as I will be putting a high-end graphics card in there and it will be "exhibited" in my living room.

I've looked into cases and I like the NZXT Phantom 410 and the Define R4 very, very much. The trouble is picking the best looking and performing case.

I know of the following pros and cons of the two cases:

  • [Pro] Phantom is very stylish looking case.
  • [Con] Material-wise, the Phantom is steel and plastic. I would rather not have this cause an issue down the line.
  • [Pro] Define R4 is very quiet.
  • [Pro] Define R4 is made of just Steel according to Newegg.
  • [Con] Define R4 is very minimal in its design which can be good and bad depending on the person and situation. I'd rather have a more sylish case in my living room.

  • I'm looking for the following in a Computer Case if you plan to suggest another:

    • Lot of fan options. I need this thing to have great airflow and keep the components cool.
    • No Micro or Mini-ATX cases. My motherboard won't fit and I don't like the small cases very much.
    • Side window is optional, but it would a nice so I can "exhibit" the internals.
    • Must be able to fit a Hyper 212+
    • Sylish, but not to the point of ridiculousness such as the Thermaltake Level 10 GT.

  • Thank you in advance.

Any other suggestions? It looks like reviews say the case isn't very strongly built and has no concept of quiet.

In my opinion your best bet would be to buy the Corsair Carbide 300R(the windowed version) Great cable managment, very good and minimalistic look, with great airflow and it will be able to house a Hyper 212 Evo since my 300R(normal version)can. Hope i helped :)
