Weird virus that's changing files into shortcuts

Hi. The university campus recently had some sort of virus on the computers there and my sister brougt one home. It converts all files and folders on the usbs into shortcuts making it impossible to view the files. And now my home computer, laptop, ipod, ipad and phones are infected. when i scan with avg, avast and even malwarebytes it doesn't detect anything. I opened up cmd.exe and typed in some commands which showed the missing files as well as some file with this description: mazqnrurg. It's description is a VBScript Script file. I don't know how to get rid of this, please help!

I did do that. It shows the original files for a short time then the shortcuts re-emerge and the originals disappear again.

Your problem right now is on how to completely get rid of it. After following the instruction of the above link, try to uninstall your antivirus. Replace it with avira http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus and install this panda usb vaccine http://www.pandasecurity.com/italy/homeusers/downloads/usbvaccine/ to keep you protected from virus transfer through autorun which is present in flash drive.
