Weird Graphics, Need Help Please!

I'm not sure what's going on. I have a gaming PC with an Asrock 760GM-GS# and a AMD Phenom II X4 B55 processor, and with both Integrated graphics and a graphics card installed the graphics on the screen are glitchy and pulse and random parts of the screen move back and forth. What could be causing it? The motherboard or the CPU? can anyone help?

It happens on the integrated graphics, which the GPU is an AMD 760G
