quick cpu question

i recently finished building my new pc ive got an asus motherboard, gtx 670 ftw edition, 16 gigs of ram, and and a Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core, with the Rosewill RCX-ZAIO-92 92mm Sleeve Bearing Fan CPU Cooler, i used the thermal compound that came with the rosewill cpu cooler and im getting an idle temp of 29-35 and on load while gaming i get temps of 45 - 51, are these temps good or should i get some better thermal compound?

For a 92mm cooler on an i7, those temps aren't horrible.

It isn't necessary to unless you intend to overclock. Those temps are safe for that CPU.
