computer won't do anything after BIOS update

I have recently bought a MSI 7870 OC and it has been black screen rebooting under load. so one of my purposed fixes would be to update my BIOS. So I used flash update and it installed 'successfully' and ever since then I have had no display at all - no signal. I have reset the CMOS, taken out RAM modules and De-charged them and put 1 in at a time but still no luck, I have removed my GPU and tried onboars VGA but still no display. So I have unplugged everything and left the mobo battery out for the night. Along with RAM and GPU. So does anyone have any ideas?

CPU; Intel Pentium G620
Ram; 2x2 gb DDR3 1066MHz
GPU; MSI HD 7870 OC
PSU: 700W ATX Evo-labs E-700BR

Go into BIOS which would have gone to defaults and check the primary graphics - set it to PCI-E and try
