My rig has lots of heat issues. Some of my components reach as high as 150 F. The PC is kept on a open shelf. I have already tried replacing the cheaper fans. It's also noisy as heck. I am using an XFX 7950, i5 processor, and Corsair 8 GB of RAM. Any ideas?

That's not an extreme temperature, but have you replaced the stock cooler with an aftermarket one? Which case do you have?
