I try to build a PC for my sister and I want to impress her!!
The only issue is I never did this before so I'll need some advice, thank you for your time in advance!!
purchase date: I have time
Budget Range: It can go up to 1600€ but I'd prefer it to stay at 1300€ max
System Usage from Most to Least Important: (Work, gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies)
Are you buying a monitor: Yes but I'd like to focus on the PC for now
Do you need to buy OS: No

Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC.
