Im building a gaming pc soon and have 3 different builds in mind but am yet to decide on which one i should go with for budget reasons. Just wondering if anyone can take a look at these builds and give me any advice on what i can do to lower costs of them without lowering performance, or if possible, replace a part entierly with something new for better gaming speeds without rasing the price of any build. Thanks in advance :)

Edited your second build to include better parts, and you save money. This is probably the best as it is great for gaming and beats the FX-8350. Also the CPU cooler is good for medium overclocking, but if you want to go to high/extreme I would go for a better one.

First build looks great, but you should change the CD/DVD Drive to Samsung since LG drives aren't that reliable ( One of my PC's had one and it stopped working after a few months).
