MSI GTX 760 TF Gaming 2GB OC or Sapphire HD7950 3GB OC with Boost?

Hey guys. I'm kinda new to this type of stuff so I wish that I can seek help from the awesome community here at Tom's Hardware. I can't decide on which graphics card that I should get. I have picked 2 cards. The 760 from MSI and the HD7950 from Sapphire.The 760 costs around SGD $409 (yes I live in Singapore) and the HD7950 costs around SGD $408. I would appreciate all kinds of help and thank you for taking your time to read my question. Have a nice day.

Get the GTX 760 if you are gaming at 1080p and get the HD 7950 if you are gaming over 1080p resolution. The reason is because of the VRAM.

Yes cause I've read other threads regarding on people asking which 760 to buy. Most replies said that MSI was the one and a good friend of mine also recommended the MSI one. But don't get me wrong, I know Asus and Gigabyte have fantastic cards as well, but the MSI 760 is actually the cheapest 760 in my country (in a particular store). I think I'll follow your Performance Build, and tweak some of the components. Thanks for your help!
