Fairly new computer won't post after shutdown

The new computer that I built a few weeks ago will no longer start up. I did a shutdown last night but the fans and leds stayed on so I flipped the psu switch. Now when I flip it back on the computer instantly starts up. The fans, leds, and disk drive are powered but there are no system beeps or post. A very similar issue happened when I first built it, which was solved by returning the processor for a new one, but happening twice makes me think it may be some other problem.

My specs are:
Geforce GTX 770 graphics card
Sabertooth Z77 motherboard
Intel i7 3770k processor
Corsair AX850 power supply
Corsair H100i cooler
Corsair Vengeance 16gb RAM
