Will my HDD last a few more months?

Hello, so I am building a new computer because my current one is about 4 years old and doesn't run much games, I plan to reuse the hard drive for a little bit and then get a new one, but I am wondering, will it probably last for like 5 more months considering it is already four years old? Or should I just get a new one now? (I'm saving up for a new car so I'm trying to spend as little as possible)

If all your important data is in this HDD and no BU, you are talking chance

As long as the HDD doesn't have any weird stuff going on (running very slow, unusual noises, etc.), I think you can still use it. Like what FireWire2 said, it's all about chance. The question is up to you, will you going to take a chance? Maybe it's time to flip a coin.
