Hello, I'm buying my first PC as a custom build and I wonder if my build is good enough for my needs and maybe even an overkill.
I was a hardcore gamer in the past, today I'm more of a casual gamer, and I also do demanding tasks as programming on PC (with all the IDEs and such.)
So I basically need my PC for gaming (not a hardcore must have it all gamer) and programming and entertainment.

Build:
CPU: Intel i7 Haswell 4770 3.4 Ghz 8MB L3 Cache s1150 tray
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer Pro v2.0
GPU: (already bought) Asus GTX 770 2G OC
Motherboard: Asus GRYPHON Z87 MiniATX
RAM: Corsair 2x4GB DDR3 1333MHZ Value Dual Channel CL9-9-9-24
PSU: Corsair GS 700W V2 Series Active PFC 14cm Fan
HD: SeaGate 2TB Barracuda SATA III
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 250GB SATA III
Case: Themaltake Spacecraft VF I
OS : Windows 8

Thoughts anyone ? I will higly appreciate it.
Thank you.

Oh lol I forgot about the GPU, since this is the only part that I already got.
I've got an Asus GTX 770 2GB OC

Okay I read a little bit more about the CPUs and MBs.
I understand the K version CPU is OC ready, and the Z87 is also OC mb.

Assuming I don't plan on OCing, should I get the 4770 CPU and the H87 MB?
Will my GPU OC version gone to waste ?

I wouldn't mind getting the 4770K CPU, but it misses some features I want for programming, such as Transactional Memory, so I don't want to buy that one.

Any advice of combo I should get ?
