BenQ RL2455HM or Asus VX238H?

I am undecided on which of these two monitors to buy. Both the BenQ RL2455HM and Asus VX238H have almost identical specs so it's really hard for me to choose one! :(  I will mostly use the monitor for console FPS games, and it will also be my main PC monitor for browsing, watching YT videos, photoediting, etc. The 1ms response time is a requirement for me so I will not take any other suggestions unless the monitor you recommend has a 1ms response time and is $200 or less. I've put days of research on both these monitors, and I still cannot decide!

Let me know if anyone has any experience with any of these monitors and if the display quality of the monitors is good for non-gaming activities. Thanks!

Here are the links to both monitors:

I have a ASUS VS247H and it was a definite improvement from my old Samsung LCD monitor from 2006. But from what I heard, BenQ is supposedly really good for gaming, Amazon had the ones they use in MLG competitions for 200$.
