So I want to build a computer soon for mostly gaming and video rendering, though nothing too big in that section. Ill be playing mostly RPG type games like Skyrim, but also sports games, specifically NBA 2K14. Im not aiming for the highest FPS but being able to run on high settings comfortably is all i need.

Approximate Purchase Date: Around Black Friday (thinking ahead, yeah)

Budget Range: $700-750 after taxes and shipping
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Video rendering, surfing the web

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.ca, canadacomputers.com

Location: Around Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences: I've always found AMD to have more value per dollar but Im open to Intel, otherwise none

Overclocking: If necessary

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050

Additional Comments: I'd prefer if its quiet and cool

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Need a better computer now that im leaning towards computer gaming

Looks good, but if any big sales are on when I am buying, do you think i should get better parts for the same price or go for these same parts?

Definitely go with better parts... Specifically CPU and MoBo.
