New PC build, need advice

Hello community,
I am planning on another PC build, here are the specs.

CPU-AMD FX 6300
RAM-Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600
GPU- Gigabyte 650 ti OC
Motherboard-ASUS M5A78L
HDD-Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
Power Supply-Corsair CX600
Case-Cooler master 430

Although I live in Hong Kong, I am actually aiming for a $450 US dollar build.

Can you please give me some advice, do i need that much power? Is 400 - 500 enough? should I get the M5a97 asus motherboard? Most importantly, the GPU, do I need a better one. (I bought the GPU a few years ago and never used it, should I sell it?)

My intentions for this build is decent gaming, high - ultra graphics on a demanding game like bf4, bf3 or even crysis 3.

Rig looks good as is, should be happy with it, I'd stick w/ the PSU, may be a bit of overkill, but if within the budget if you upgrade or add on, you'll be ready
