regarding monior upgrades for gaming with a gtx770

hi all have been searching like made for a good ips monitor for gaming ,wow,skyrimm,splintercell blacklist,civ5 and various other games.
Oeinally I looked at a vg248qe but the reviews and comments put me off and I went down the ips route .my choices now appear to be mostly asus the pb278q,pb238q or maybe mx289h but I don't like the silver bezel tbh .would welcome eoples comments .money is not the issue as I will have it for several years which is why it needs to be a good upgrade from my old vh226s im using now.

This one here is really great for gaming.

P.S As far as 3D monitors under $300 goes, I wouldn't get one.
