Will 24- pin motherboard work with 20 pin psu?

So im repearing some very old components:

M: Asus K5n4-e
P: AMd 64 Athalon 2800+
Ram: 1x 512mb ddr 400 + 1x 256mb ddr 5 = 768 mb ddr400
PSU:Unipower 350w
GC:Some old that almost doesn't take any juice.I think its x1350 but im not sure


So will this work, or ? There's a picture of psu with all of its power listed.

Simple answer - no. Modern motherboards require more power from the PSU, due to more powerful CPUs, GPUs, Hard drives, well you get the picture.
