New build almost done just need GPU, should I wait?

Building a new pc and have just about all my part ready except the gpu. I had planned on getting the evga gtx 780 sc acx card, but running into problems, but now that it looks like amd is so close to releasing their next set of cards should I just wait and see?

Thanks for the reply sorry for being late in replying, busy setting up new build, I cried a lil seeing how fast it boots up. My old pc is 'bout 12y/o. I decided to get a evga 760 sc acx card and wait n see what happens with amd's hawaii cards and 780's price or nvidia' possible 790. 760 won't go to waste if I upgrade though cause I also want to build a cheaper build for my nephews later. But If I do upgrade is using the 760 as a dedicated physX card 'till the cheaper build worth it? If not what else can I use it for?
