Noisy TT 700w PSU

Brought myself the Thermaltake Litepower 700w today, and find that it is a little noisy, anyone else having that issue?

That is a poor PSU , take it back , before you damage other components.

what psu would you recommend for me to change it for?
PC isn't built for gaming, more storing data
