trouble with new hard drive

So I tried plugging in a new hard drive for my computer on a new rail and it made my computer unable to boot to bios.

I tried unplugging it but that didn't work either so now my computer can't boot to bios.

My motherboard is an Asrock extreme 4 gen3 z68...

I already have 4 Seagate HDDs and wanted a 5th.

I've already checked the power in the first rail and I tried unplugging 2 of the 4 hard drives and I still get nothing on the screen.

■ no the speaker isn't sounding at all. I'm starting to think some how my motherboard data connections are now broken...

I tried the hard drive on my spare computer and it worked
