Tight Budget PC(HELP!)

Hi everyone!
guys i want to build a pc for gaming, please help me to choose cause im in a tight budget

1st option
CPU: core i5-3750k
GPU: GTX 760

2nd option
CPU: core i5-4570
GPU: GTX 770

i'll appreciate ur help guys

The I5-3750k Competes (And in many cases beats) the FX-8350
It is also overclock friendly.

I would go with more expensive GPU and have a slightly cheaper CPU which would be your 2nd option
Since there is no way the I5-4570 should bottleneck it, both of those graphic cards are very good choices.
