So I have the 680 I ordered last year running on my desktop right now and I would have gotten another 680 to SLI with it but my motherboard does not support SLI and I do not feel like going through the hassle of getting a new motherboard since this one I have already works well enough and I don't want to unscrew everything again just for SLI.
I was wondering if going from a 680 to 780 is worth it for $700? I could spend $1000 and get a Titan but I'm not willing to spend $1000+ just for a graphics card. Or should I wait for the next generation? The 680 runs most games from 2012-2013 fine on Ultra at 60 FPS but with a new generation of games on the PS4/Xbox one platform coming out I want to keep updated.
