please help...my laptop nolonger access's the internet for some reason

hi im using hp 360, windows 7 home basic.iv been strugling to log on to the internet,and another thing my laptop cant detect available networks around but the network bar shows that my network is on.heard somebody talking about drivers i dont know whassup with that?

Are you sure that's the right laptop model? I don't think HP has a "360" laptop.

As far as the drivers go, go to www.hp.com, you can install the drivers for your model from there. You can check if the driver s working in Device Manager.
