Plugged out PC overnight now no power

So I was having issues with my PC with the booting it powered on but didn't boot so I just plugged out PC and CMOS battery over night then when I woke I plugged it back in and tried it again and it wouldn't power on any ideas?

Tried plugging it in and then pressing and holding the power button down for perhaps 5-10 seconds?

And/or taking the plug out and doing the same.
