You can overclock 4670k with every motherboard just because is through bios.The problem is that the mobo you choose is way too small and probably if you overclock with this motherboard the parts will be to close to each other producing extra heat,have that in mind that 4670k is a hot chip.Don't even know how you gona fit an aftermaket cooler if the temps are too high

No, you cannot overclock with the B85 chipset. You need a Z87 mobo.
