Improvements/Help on my Computer Build

Now I'm unsure which RAM I should get. Either a 4th Generation Certification or probably 2nd to 3rd generation. Also I noticed that these 2 RAM Modules can OC.. but I don't plan on overclocking so would it matter for price if they are made for overclocking or not.

Now the PSU, I don't get why my friend recommended me a 750 watt PSU. I'm not going to OC so do you think I should be around 550 watt to 600 watt PSU?

I'm unsure which OS I should go with. With Windows 8.1 update coming that will change everything. Please recommend me a Windows OS.

Once again, I don't know which Case Fan I should get. It would be nice if I would get the Corsair Case Fans because of my theme inside my case but please recommend one of them.

I'm planning on mounting my CPU Cooler Radiator and Fan above my Case Exhaust Fan. Then I'm going to mount 2 fans on the side. I don't know if I should mount 1 or 2 fans on the top for extra air cooling.

This build I think is great because I can save like $100 of rebates and some with instant savings. This is a lot of stuff and hopefully I didn't forget anything. Please help, It will be appreciated

Currently, I'd go with Windows 7 64 bist SP1 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004Q0PT3I/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B004Q0PT3I&linkCode=as2&tag=b0b929-20 Windows 8 is just aboslutely terrible on a PC and not a good experience. The VX238H http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ANKMNXO/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00ANKMNXO&linkCode=as2&tag=b0b929-20 is a nice response monitor but I'd actually go with an IPS panel like the PB238Q http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00906GBBC/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00906GBBC&linkCode=as2&tag=b0b929-20 TN panels won't have as nice of a quality picture as IPS will and the response time isn't going to make much of a difference. The VX model is still a nice one though, your choice.

Also, Amazon has a lot of better prices on your components so check there as well. I used to use Newegg but found that after tax and shipping, Amazon was almost always cheaper and they both offer great customer service. Good luck on your build, it looks great!

If I would buy this ram would that be fine. And also thanks for your help, I was leaning towards Windows 7 anyways. I was planning on going to Amazon but I wanted to finish building it on newegg then going over to it.
