Best GTX 670 card? Asus GTX 4GB vs Gigabyte 4gb

I like the look of these 2 the Gigabyte more so, But which one is better, Or could you suggest any other cards?

the PCB layout of Gigabyte 4gb model is the same to its GTX 680 which can has better overclocking performance potential and power supply. if the pricing between them are similar, I would pick gigabyte's one.
