My Power supply is ATX P4- 500W, I just purchased an ASUS GTX650ti 2GB graphcis card with a PCI-E Express slot , when i connect it to the 16X slot, it turns on and the fans run and it shows a red led lamp, I am wondering if its because i dont have a 6pin connector to it? my powersupple has a 4pin molex, what do i do ??? please help!

yes it has a 6pin connect and it needs to be filled with a 6pin power line.

some PSU's supply you with converters to convert two 4 pin molex into one 6pin PCI-E connector, do you have an OEM PSU or an aftermarket PSU, such as by Corsair or CoolMax etc.

some GPU's supply this molex to PCI-E power adapter as well.

is that the 4pin Molex???

no, that is a Floppy Power molex, that has been used on older Creative xFi sound cards for power as well. The Molex is usually White or Opaque in color, and sometimes this little 4 pin you have there is at the end of their daisy chain.
