Is it worth it for me to get the GTX 780 over the GTX 770?

Hey guys just wanted to know if the GTX 780 is really worth the price to get over the 770. I have a budget of $1500 and i already surpassed it but i feel like it was worth it with the build i made. I am looking to play Splinter cell black list and most important BF4 and TitanFall in ultra/max settings. Im debating between these two because i do not want to buy another GTX Card for a few years and Im not quite sure if playing on 1920x1080p is a overkill with just GTX770. I know BF4 and Titan Fall has not arrive yet so no one really knows for sure but just wanted to see if ya think GTX 770 would be enough. Would also appreciated if i have a solid build for my budget. Thanks!

pretty sure you'll be fine with a 770. I'm playing the new final fantasy MMO right now on ULTRA MAX settings at a stable 60 maxed FPS. Most likely BF4 and Titanfall will be a bit more GPU intensive than FF but I doubt by that much... You can probably expect at least 45 stable fps with those games although this is all just speculation I would just go with a 770 and SLI in the future if you need more power.

Yeah i was thinking about that but i never done a SLI and i heard it runs more power so more heat and could have a few issues, but yeah i'm playing ff14 right now.

Yeah thanks for the feed back man. I have decided on the GTX 770 but now i am deciding on which brand =/. debating on EVGA, Gigabyte or the MSI.

Fyi msi lightning 770 is the fastest 770 going gets up there with the stock 780 almost. Msi lightning 780 has just been released and its outbenching the titan in some tests

Actually after an hour or so of research (because i have been looking for an answer to whats the best 770) I must agree with byogaming on his above comment. I finally found a benchmark comparing the gigabyte 770 to the MSI lightning when clocked at the same speed the gigabyte equals or outperforms the lightning (to my surprise) and since the 4gb gigabyte is cheaper then the 2gb lightning. I would deffinetly go with the Gigabyte, I have put them in 2 system builds for fiends so far, great cars, awesome cooler and quiet. Nothing wrong with EVGA cards though, good quality
But i would still state the lightning 780 is superior based on benchmarks i have seen so far.
