I would like to who much i should overclock my 780M GPU

I have an MSi GT70 Dragon Edition 2. It is packed with the 780M GPU which is great as i can play many games on maximum settings and achieve over 30FPS easily. My question is, how much can i overclock it? Laptop has a program called MSi Afterburner in which i can adjust the clock speed and memory speed or something. i just don't know what im supposed to do and how much i can do it because i read online that too much overclocking will blow the laptop up. Can someone give me opinions?

CPU: Intel i7-4700MQ
GPU: GTX 780M
RAM: 32GB

Overclocking a GPU in a laptop is asking for heat issues. You are better of just leaving it. If you start to have fps issues, maybe bump the resolution down. The 780M is already a hell of a card for a laptop.

Laptops and overclocking don't tend to mix well.

When heat builds up the gpu throttles isself back to cool off the card. Up the fan curves if you can to a higher rpm. Dont overclock a laptop.
