If these took an SD card I would order two 16GB right now. Still tempting I was thinking about selling my GS3 and the wife's iPhone 4S and break my overpriced verizon contract and go to prepaid with a nice phone like this.

This price is nuts, still one of the fastest phones on the market

an SD card slot is useless anyways because most phone's don't allow you to use it for apps

I've got a Nexus 4 it is a good phone for the old price, the new price is a crazy deal . Having said that, if I won the lotto, it isn't the phone that I would use. It has a few quirks, lacks an SD slot, and at least with the first batch it wasn't a question of if the back shattered but when. I've been using mine for six months with a cracked back, and it doesn't seem to affect it any, but it doesn't look great. I literally dropped it about six inches when it broke. The proximity detector can be annoying too as it seems to be too sensitive and sometimes it is hard to hang up a call. I have thought about "upgrading" to the Samsung Note. But then I have big pockets and big hands and really like that platform. :D

Anyway, back on topic, it's a fantastic phone at the current price.

It's still handy for transferring photos and audio.

Can't wait for the Nexus 5, probably won't upgrade from my Nexus 4. I bought it only about 3 months ago, at first I was disappointed (about price drop) I didn't wait, then I was like, It was worth every penny I spent. At this price some people could get the whole family phones for the price of one ($200 vs $800)
