New ram problem when pluging in :X

HELPPP i have a new RAM 2x4gb kingston khx1600c9d3k2/8gx when i plug it in it doesnt boot only cpu fan is spining...There is noting on the monitor :X pls help :S

Use the old RAM and do a BIOS update on the motherboard. If that does not help, get ome different RAM and make sure the RAM you have is compatible as far as size and speeds go. Maybe the motherboard does not work with 4 gig sticks.

Or jsust reset the CMOS and then try with a single stick in slot 1
