My GTA EFLC is using the wrong GPU

when i used benchmark which is in gta eflc it said that the used gpu was the intel(R) HD 4000 which we all know sucks in gaming
and im wondering if my amd radeon hd 8750m is really getting used because other games are kinda has low frame rate on me like Slender: the arrival which should run pretty smothly with my graphics card

Unfortunately no, and didn't i say that in some other games my frame rate goes down too like slender the arrival which should be running pretty smooth with my gpu but i isn't... even if i put it to high performance in switchable graphical properties

Did you install latest drivers? Also is there any difference between low, mid, high settings?
