need to know if i have good gaming build

I have a coolermaster haf x full tower with msi z77-g 45 thunderbolt mobo 2x8 gig corsair vengeance ddr3 ram gtx 780 corsair h100i closed loop watercooling for cpu samsung 840 proseries 240 gig ssd for boot and os a 1terabyte western digital caviar black sata hard drive for everything else 2 noctua nf f12 120mm fans on radiator in pull out top of case a 230mm fan stock for pulling in fresh air at front of case a corsair 750 watt psu vented out of bottom of case and a 160 mm stock fan venting incool air from side of case over graphics card and 1 140mm fan as pull for exhaust out of back of case my cpu is a i7-3770k lga 1155 socket

Yep, looks like a very, very good build. (expensive too)
The motherboard is more aimed towards to professional / enterprise side of things, if you are looking at gaming it might be better off looking at something more game oriented, such as the Asrock boards or MSI's own Gaming Series.
Other than that, a perfect build

Thanks for the help is the asrock extreme 4 z77 motherboard good im looking at it and it says its for o clocking and gaming

Yep, the Extreme 4 is one of the most popular Z77 boards currently available. The overclock options arn't as good as some of the higher end gigabyte or asus boards but still pretty decent for some average tweaking.
