Is my Pc Outdated?

i bought my Pc late 2011. It runs great, fast and smooth but is it getting outdated?

Its a cyberpower build fang class

mb - gigabyte z68a-d3h-b3
cpu - intel 2500k @4.5 GHz
gpu - x2 gtx 570 sli
hdd - 120gb ocz vertex 3, 60gb ocz agility 3 and 2tb seagate
ram - 12gb kingston hyperx red
psu - corsair 850w gold

Not sure if it matters but it is water cooled and its in a corsair 400r case.

By no means is it outdated, your processor is still one of the best on the market. The third gen and forurth gen i5's imporvements were nothing like the improvements sandy bridge brought foward.

I literally couldn't reccommend an update that would be worth the money from that rig.

Yeah there's no reason to upgrade now. Maybe swap out the GPU in about a year for whatever the next Radeon / NVIDIA cards are, but the CPU is solid and should last a long time.
