RMA Graphics Card

I recently bought a new computer, and it was shipped with a broken graphics card. I returned the original graphics card and received a new one which was slightly different.

Original:
3GBD5-2DHV5E Radeon HD 7950

What's the difference, is the original better? It had...
-Boost Clock925MHz
-Effective Memory Clock5000MHz
-DirectX 11.1
