MSI 660 Ti 2GB Power Edition or MSI 7870 Hawk?

The title says it all. For those who are wondering why I have changed my mind about the 760 in my previous thread is because my budget is now lower, therefore if I get the 760, I would be overspending already. Now, I have figured out the rest of the parts to fit my budget but the only thing left is the graphics card. The MSI 660 Ti Power Edition or MSI 7870 Hawk? Both are around the same price range in my country (Singapore). The games I would be playing are Skyrim, League of Legends and Minecraft. Plan to do some recording as well. The processor that I will be getting is an i5-4670k. All help will be greatly appreciated!

Oh yeah I would be mostly playing Minecraft and recording it with my friends. I heard that Nvidia cards run Minecraft better.. is it true or false? I will be gaming at 1080p if this helps.

You just cant compare these two video cards!!!!!!! It's like comparing Brand 1 cheese with Brand 2 cheese both being certified and bio!!!
Each one has different results on different games...the 7870 would be good at some while the 660 is better at others!
But, the 660 has a smaller/limited memory bus ( or something like that....) while the 7870 has bigger and it help in post process and anti aliasing.
The 7870 is also cheaper...so i guess it wins if you are in a budget...
I don't know, I usually recommend AMD video cards for their perfomance and price ! If you want PhysX and more graphical enhancements exclusive to NVIDIA cards , go for NVIDIA.

For some odd reason, the MSI 660 Ti and the 7870 HAWK have around the same price in Singapore at particular store... its 369SGD. Around there. So maybe you guys will have different views now? Or just go with the 7870? Just don"t want to make the wrong choice

Well a friend of mine who is a geek told me that the 7870 is actually a better choice. Seeing your point of views, I think I will go with the 7870. So if I"m going with the 7870 which one should I get? The MSI Hawk or the Sapphire OC Edition? They both have a 50SGD price difference with the Sapphire one being the cheaper one. I can also get the XT version of the Sapphire 7870 with it only being SGD 355 compared to he MSI Hawk being SGD 369. Sorry if I am asking too many questions
