Hi , I have a Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X 3GB and am wondering which of these PSU can support it and still have power for more stuff ?

Hi - They are all more than sufficient for a system with 1 7970, including OC.
I would only go with an 850w unit if you were planning on CF w/2 7970's.

Personally, I would go for a good 650, allowing you plenty of headroom, or you might
want to get the Fortress 750 because it is priced lower than their 650 right now.
