Help me decide on my first gaming PC rig.

Hi for the first time I'm going to build own PC and I'm kinda on a budget.
I've picked parts and here are two systems which I'm still contemplating which one to get.

Help me choose which build is more powerful and budget efficient.

Last question on Build 2 does my motherboard support the ram and cpu? Done a lot of research still not quite sure.

Go with build 1, much better system. 430W may not be enough though, I'd check that before buying.....

Intel build but that PSU will be less than adequate. You want at least a 520 or 620W for an Intel rig with a dedicated GPU. What store are you buying from?
