Whats the best internet provider for me

Hello, i live in bronx ny im a gamer and i want to upgrade my internet, but i don't know what to look, my current is 10mbs download speed and 1 upload speed from optimum cable, should i upgrade with them or should i find a new provider?

More the question is what are you currently doing that you expect a upgrade would help. Games use very little bandwidth maybe 1m for some of the larger ones but most are under 500k. Pretty much if you are using 1m and have 9m extra all that happens if you upgrade to 20m is you use 1m and have 19m left unused.

You would only really need to upgrade if you were downloading lot and lots of files or if you had multiple people in the same house streaming video at the same time.
