Help with getting first build to work

I am doing my first desktop build, I'm having issues with getting it to boot, there is no image on the monitor, no beep, the fans are running, same with the gpu and cpu. I think I have everything wired correctly... As for system specs
Case: Apevia X-Jupiter G Junior type
Mobo: GIGABYTE Lga 1155 b75 intel
CPU: Intel i3-3229 dual core
GPU: evga GeForce gtx 660 SC
PSU: Antec VP450
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8gb
HDD: WD black 500 gb
DVD drive: Samsung 24x sata
Anybody know any solutions?
