Is this a good gaming/every day use computer build?

Is this a decent gaming computer? By decent I mean will it be able to play DayZ,BF4,Crysis 3, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and more upcoming titles on high+ settings. Of course it also needs to be able to do 1080p YouTube, Office, Photoshop, and other every day things?

I'm trying to build a really cheap computer while still keeping high performance and having room to upgrade to what I actually want to build in the future.

I'd drop cooler and ssd and get better cpu and gpu right away. 650ti will not give you performance you're expecting from it.
