Club 3d HD7950 RoyalKing or Club 3d gtx 660 ti RoyalQueen ?!

Hey all, im really confused atm as to which card i should get, as of now i have these options ..
I live in Asia(Pakistan) .. and Club 3d cards are flooding the market.. don't have much when it comes to brand

the difference in price is relatively 14$... while the 660ti is less

I have to consider that i will be using my CM Ex 500watt PSU on either of the cards...
I don't plan to Overclock
And it's mainly for gaming with a i7 4770 rig.

Like i said, it's really confusing atm, taking into consideration the 500watt PSU issue.. what would be a future proof (kind of) buy..
