My computer booted last night while the 3 case fans were unplugged but when i powered it down and plugged them in it would spin the fans for a moment and then it would stop...almost like it was getting partial voltage. My psu is a 500watt corsair so it is of good quality and decent power and i have a fx6300, gtx650 ti boost, asrock 880le, 2nzxt fans and one king air i think its called, nzxt source 210 elite case, wd 1tb hdd, and a generic 20 dollar cd/dvd burner...today when i went to go try to get it to boot with everything connected, only the psu and hdd would spin up. So any help or explination to why this is happening would be appreciated. Also all parts are new thanks

Ok thanks....i feel kindof stupid now but apparently the 24 pin mobo connector was just barely loose...thanks

Back in the days when hard drives were connected with 40 pin connectors I spent 3 days trying to work out why mine wouldnt work only to find out a very tiny fiber of some kind was in the socket on the mb .

Three days I will never get back ! LOL

Glad it works for you , and it was an easy fix .
