Grinding/Buzzing noise at exactly 60% fan noise

I have a GTX 650 ti Boost Wind force 2gb, and for some reason I get a grinding/buzzing noise only when I put the card at 60% fan speed (Through afterburner) Anything over and lower has no buzzing but I hear an electrical Hum past 60. Does it mean my GPU is dead or faulty?

Found a fix ! It seems like the gpu has some vibration problems (it is a pretty old/tight case). I took an old plastic hollow SD card case and put it at the end of the gpu. So the SD card case is touching the border of the card and holding it up as well.

(If I poorly explained it and you have the same problem message me and i'll take a picture of it)
