over 70 LCD monitor and PC power supplies fried, and single game mother boards

I own an internet cafe. the building is rented. i have addressed this problem with land lord for nearly two years. he said a year ago that American Electric and Power told him to install a capacitor. he didn't. there is no issue with humidity or temperature. some of the latest pieces to fry are only weeks old. I have many single game mother boards that have fried connected to the slot-like machine that have had ALL of their LCD Power Supplies on the monitors fry. I have dozens of pc towers that have fried their power supplies and some video. last week he handed me literature from a mexican website that the problem can't be fixed that it's due to "single phase harmonic distortion." the only thing unaffected thus far are old CRTs. I also get occasional power drops that shuts down the stereo, or router, or modems, or PCs. Light bulbs burn out in a month, even the LED DC bulbs with their own power supplies.

I'm not sure if I got it.. Is it because of many power outages?

In that case I would suggest you purchase a serious UPS.

No outages. Just failure. Including light bulbs
