Which one should I pick. (almost identical)

Hi guys. I'm building my new pc, and i'm going for the gtx 760...
Now... I now it's almost the same but the MSI have a tiny bit more mhz, and the Zotac have the 5 years warrenty..

But I really want the best choice. What whould you pick and why?

I would get the MSI card just for the lower price and higher factory overclock. Otherwise the cards are identical reference designs. If you want the security of the 5 year warranty on the Zotac, then that is a valid reason to choose that card. The factory overclocks are pretty similar, so they should perform nearly identical.
