Which one? Noctua NH-D14 or Corsair H80i?

Okay, I know a lot of people are going to say get the Noctua. Well my ambient temperature is around 28-33C(Tropical Country).
I have a 1090t and I plan to OC it to 4.0ghz.
Don't tell me to get an H100i because it wont fit my case (Fractal Core 3000).
I already have a Scythe 5400rpm fan to go with whatever cooler I will get.
I just can't decide which one to buy.

Have you looked at the Cooler Master V8 GTS - Love mine, better than the Noctua or the H80
